Get Clarity on Who You Are and Where You're Heading

1-to-1 coaching for neurodivergent professionals exploring career transitions, confidence, and what comes next. Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergence at work, coaching creates space to understand yourself better and move forward with clarity.

You're Smart. So Why Does Work Sometimes Feel Impossible?

If you're neurodivergent, ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, or otherwise wired differently, you've probably heard this before:

- "You're so capable, why can't you just...?"

- "Everyone else manages fine, what's wrong with you?"

- "Have you tried being more organised?"

What they don't see: the mental effort it takes you to do things that come naturally to others. The shame of not fitting the mould. The constant second-guessing of your abilities. The fear that you're not good enough.

You don't need to be fixed.

You need clarity on:

- How your neurodivergence actually works (and why it's not a flaw)

- What kind of work and environment let you thrive, not just survive

- How to build confidence in your abilities without apologising for being different

- What comes next, whether that's a career change, a new role, or a shift in how you show up at work

More than talk, practical clarity and confidence

Most of the time, you're managing. You're code-switching, masking, working twice as hard to keep up. Coaching is the opposite, a confidential space where you don't have to pretend. You can be honest about what's hard, what you want, and who you actually are.

Real Understanding of Your Neurodivergence

Not "you have ADHD, here's a list of symptoms." But how your specific brain works, what your genuine strengths are (not the Instagram version), and where you actually need support. This clarity alone changes everything.

Practical Strategies That Stick

We don't just talk. Together, we figure out what actually works for you, not generic productivity hacks. Strategies for focus, decision-making, managing overwhelm, navigating relationships at work. Things you can use on Monday.

Career Clarity

Whether you're:

- Burnt out and thinking about a change

- Exploring a new role or direction

- Stuck between options

- Building confidence after a setback

Coaching helps you move from "I don't know" to "I've got a plan."

The Process: What to expect

Step 1: Free Consultation (15-20 minutes)

You tell me what's going on, career stuck, burnout, exploring neurodiversity, navigating a transition. I ask questions to understand what brought you here and what success would look like. We check if we're a good fit. Want to start with an assessment? Check out our neurodiversity assessments to understand your profile before coaching.

Step 2: Decide on sessions

Typical packages are 6 sessions over 8–12 weeks (one session every other week), though we can adjust. Sessions are usually 1 hour, online or in-person. A single session costs £75 and there are discounts for booking blocks of coaching sessions.

Step 3: Coaching Sessions

Each session follows your agenda. You bring the topic, career anxiety, a decision you're stuck on, understanding your patterns, preparing for a conversation. I ask questions that create space for your clarity to emerge, suggest strategies, and help you build real confidence.

What a typical session might look like:

- You: "I'm thinking about leaving my job, but I don't know if it's the right move or if I'm just running away."

- Me: I listen. I ask questions about what's driving that feeling, what you actually want from work, what you're afraid of.

- Together: We untangle the pattern, look at what you'd want in a new role, and maybe design next steps.

- You leave with: More clarity, a strategy for exploring options, or a decision to stay with more confidence.

Step 4: Move forward

By the end of a 6-session package, you'll have:

- A clearer sense of how your neurodivergence shows up at work (and where it's actually an asset)

- Practical strategies you're already using

- Confidence in a next step (whether that's staying, changing, or shifting how you work)

Does Coaching Fit You?

This coaching is designed for:

- Professionals who suspect they're neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc.) and want to explore what that means for their career

- People navigating career transitions and want clarity before making a move

- Burnt-out neurodivergent professionals who are exhausted from fitting in and want to work with their brain, not against it

- Leaders and managers who are neurodivergent and want to lead with more confidence and authenticity

- Anyone who's felt like they're not enough at work and wants to understand why, and what to do about it

You don't need to have a diagnosis. Many people come to coaching exploring whether they might be neurodivergent. That's completely normal.

What coaching isn't: It's not therapy. If you're dealing with trauma, depression, or clinical mental health issues, a therapist is the right person. I work alongside mental health support, not instead of it.

"My coaching sessions with Kelly have been excellent and have thoroughly enjoyed each session. She is a great listener and has showed empathy and understanding, making me feel heard without judgement. I have noticed a shift in how I view myself and given tools on how to deal with tricky situations. Q: How much does coaching cost?

A: A typical 6-session package costs £425, this is a £25 saving off the individual price per coaching session. Pricing is clear before you book, and we discuss what works for your budget.

Q: I'm not sure I'm neurodivergent. Can I still do coaching?

A: Absolutely. Many people come to coaching exploring whether they might be neurodivergent. Coaching helps you understand yourself better, whether or not you have a formal diagnosis.

Q: Do I need a diagnosis first?

A: No. Coaching is useful whether you have a diagnosis or not. Some people use coaching to explore that question; others are exploring how to work with a recent diagnosis. Either way, we work with where you are.

Q: Can I do coaching if I'm currently in therapy?

A: Yes. Coaching and therapy work differently, and they complement each other. Coaching is forward-focused (where are you heading?); therapy often works with past patterns. Let me know if you're in therapy, and we'll make sure we're not stepping on each other's toes.

Q: Is coaching confidential?

A: Yes, completely. What you share stays with me, with very limited exceptions (if you're a risk to yourself or others). This is a safe space.

Q: Can I do coaching alongside other support?

A: Yes. Coaching pairs well with therapy, medication, mentoring, or other professional support.

Q: What if I'm not sure where to start?

A: That's what the free consultation is for. We'll figure it out together.

Common Questions

Ready to Get Clarity?

The first step is a free, confidential conversation. You'll leave knowing whether coaching is the right move and what the next step could look like.

You're Not Alone in This

A lot of neurodivergent professionals feel like they're the only one struggling, the only one who doesn't fit, the only one who's had to work twice as hard. You're not. And you don't have to figure it out alone.

Coaching is about getting support from someone who understands, and helping you move from "What's wrong with me?" to "What's right for me?"
